Corrections, questions and what we cannot do

A stale price is a broken page. Here is how to report one, what else we answer, and why there is no sign-up form anywhere on this site.

Corrections first

The most useful message this site can receive is a price that has changed. If a figure here no longer matches the vendor's own page, send the page URL, the figure as it now reads, and the date you saw it. Corrections are made with a new read date attached, and the change is visible on the page.

What else we answer

  • Questions about how a figure on this site was derived, including the arithmetic behind any chart.
  • Requests for a vendor to be added to the price list. Say which one and why; the honest constraint is that a vendor has to publish enough on its own pages to be priced without guesswork.
  • Notes from vendors about their own pricing. These are read and checked against the live page like any other correction. A vendor does not get to review a page before it publishes, and never has.

What we cannot do

We cannot quote you. Prices here are published rates, and a negotiated contract can differ from them in either direction — only the vendor's sales team can tell you what you would actually pay.

We cannot tell you which CRM to buy. This site prices tools; it does not know your process, your data or your team.

We do not take sponsored posts, paid placements, guest articles or link insertions, and we do not sell a position in any table. Those requests are not answered.

There is no mailing list

Seatcount runs no newsletter and collects no email addresses. There is no sign-up form on this site because there is nothing to sign up to — if you want to know when a price changes, the read date at the top of each page is the thing to check.

Response times

This is a small operation and replies are not instant. Corrections are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong number on a pricing site is the only kind of bug that matters here.
