monday CRM Pricing: Seat Steps, Record Caps and a Discount Argument
What monday CRM costs
monday CRM costs $12, $17 or $28 per seat per month billed yearly, and $18, $25 or $41 billed monthly. The Ultimate tier is a custom price that monday does not publish. Plans start from 3 seats, and the pricing page sells seats only in fixed steps — which is the single most important thing on this price list.

Three published tiers and one that is not
monday CRM — per seat, per month
Built from the same prices this page prints in its own words. Upper bar: paid annually. Lower bar: paid month to month. Bars share one scale within this chart.

Basic gives one workspace, one custom dashboard, 1,000 active contacts and deals, five columns per board and 20 quotes and invoices a month. Standard raises those to three workspaces, five dashboards, 10,000 contacts and deals, 15 columns, 50 quotes and 250 custom automations, and turns on the AI agents. Pro takes it to 15 workspaces, 50 dashboards, 100,000 contacts and deals and 25,000 automations, and adds mass email and sequences. Ultimate — renamed from Enterprise — is unlimited on those counts and carries tailored onboarding, but monday prints "custom price, tailored to your organization" and no figure.
Note what those tiers actually meter. The seat price is flat, but the records are not: a two-person team with 12,000 contacts is on Pro, and a twelve-person team with 900 contacts is on Basic. On this price list the data decides the tier at least as often as the headcount does.
The seat steps, and the seats you pay for anyway
monday's own FAQ says "Plans start from 3 users", and the team-size selector on the pricing page offers 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 100 and 200+ seats — nothing in between. Above 40 seats, monday asks you to request a quote.
The per-seat price does not change across those steps; the rounding does. A team of four buys five seats. A team of seven buys ten. At Basic that means seven people cost $120 a month rather than $84, an effective rate of $17.14 a seat — more than the published Standard price. Anyone sizing monday CRM against a rival should price the seat step they will land on, not their headcount.
Two discount claims that do not agree
The toggle above monday's tier cards says "Yearly SAVE 33%". Further down the same page, the FAQ answer to "Do you offer any discounted plans for monday CRM?" says "Choosing yearly plan for monday CRM pricing results in an 18% discount."
The prices settle it. $18 to $12 is 33%, $25 to $17 is 32%, and $41 to $28 is 32%. The toggle is right and the FAQ is stale, but a buyer reading only the FAQ would underestimate the saving by about half. It is a useful reminder that a vendor's own page can disagree with itself, and that the tier cards are the part to trust.
The commitment attached is real: monday's FAQ says payment for a yearly plan "is made in one upfront installment", so twelve months of ten Pro seats is $3,360 paid at once, not $280 a month.
What is not published
No onboarding or implementation fee appears anywhere on the pricing page. Tailored onboarding is listed as a feature of the Ultimate tier, whose price is also unpublished, so there is no figure to quote in either direction. monday does say it offers discounted pricing for qualified nonprofits, again without a published rate.
Prices exclude tax, and monday notes that the final price depends on the billing country and is shown at checkout.
Where monday CRM sits
Basic at $12 a seat is the cheapest published entry tier here after Freshsales Growth at $9, and Pro at $28 undercuts Pipedrive Premium at $49 and HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at $90. Read against the CRM price list compared seat by seat, monday looks inexpensive — until the seat step and the record caps are applied, at which point a small team with a large database can end up above a rival that charges more per seat and meters nothing.

Ten seats, priced out over a year
At the ten-seat step and twelve months, monday CRM Basic is $1,440 a year, Standard $2,040 and Pro $3,360 on yearly billing, each paid in one installment. The monthly equivalents are $2,160, $3,000 and $4,920.
The comparison that matters is against the team you actually have. Seven people on Basic pay the ten-seat price of $1,440 a year, so their effective rate is $17.14 a seat a month — above monday's own published Standard rate of $17, for the Basic feature set. If your headcount sits just above a step, pricing the next tier at the same step is often the better question than pricing the same tier at the next step.
What the AI tiers add, and what they meter
Standard is where monday's agents switch on: the outreach caller agent, lead sourcer, meeting prep, notetaker, work assistant and AI-powered data fields, plus 250 custom automations a month. Pro raises automations to 25,000 and adds the AI workflow builder, mass email and email sequences.
Automations are a meter, not a feature: 250 a month is a low ceiling for a team using automation properly, and crossing it is a tier upgrade rather than an overage charge. Price the automation volume as carefully as the seat count.
Two smaller notes that change the total
Tax is not included. monday's pricing page says prices exclude tax, that the final price is determined by the billing country, and that it is shown on the purchase page before payment completes. For a European buyer that is a fifth of the bill arriving after the comparison is finished.
Nonprofits are handled separately. monday says it offers discounted pricing for qualified nonprofit organisations, and that a nonprofit may qualify for free access or a discount after applying, but publishes no rate. If you are eligible, the published prices above are the wrong starting point and the application is the first step rather than the last.
There is also a refund window worth knowing: monday says a yearly subscription cancelled within 30 days of payment is entitled to a prorated refund, processed from the admin section. Given that the year is paid up front, that window is the only cheap exit.
Reading the page yourself
The pricing page loads at 10 seats and on yearly billing, and both the team-size selector and the Yearly/Monthly toggle change the figures shown. Set them to your own numbers before copying anything. Figures above were read on 24 September 2026.
