Zoho CRM Pricing: Five Editions and the Largest Annual Discount Here
What Zoho CRM costs
Zoho CRM costs $14, $23, $40 or $52 per user per month billed annually, and $20, $35, $50 or $65 billed monthly. A free edition covers 3 users at $0. Local taxes are charged on top, which the pricing page states explicitly, and no seat minimum is published for the paid editions.

The Free edition is a genuine product for three people: leads, deals, workflows, reports and the mobile app. Standard adds workflow and assignment rules, cadences, dashboards, forecasting and self-service kiosks. Professional brings CPQ, process automation, inventory management and the Google Ads integration. Enterprise is the customisation tier — journey orchestration, territory management, custom functions, wizards and customer portals. Ultimate adds enhanced feature limits, consulting, migration assistance and custom AI.
The annual discount is the biggest on this list
At Professional, Zoho CRM's annual price of $23 against a monthly $35 is a 34% saving — the largest single-tier discount among the seven CRMs priced on this site. Standard saves 30% ($14 against $20), Enterprise 20% ($40 against $50) and Ultimate 20% ($52 against $65).
That is worth a sentence of its own for anyone comparing mid-tiers across vendors: a team that prices Zoho CRM Professional monthly and Pipedrive Premium annually is comparing $35 against $49 when the honest annual comparison is $23 against $49. Match the billing terms before you match the features.
What the price does not include
Two things sit outside the number on the card. The first is tax: "Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned" is printed under the tiers, and Zoho's prices are therefore exclusive in a way some rivals' are not.
The second is support. Classic support comes with any paid subscription. Premium Support and Enterprise Support are both listed as paid plans — Enterprise Support with a dedicated technical account manager, one-hour initial response and 24/7 multichannel cover — and Zoho publishes no price for either. Zoho's Jumpstart implementation service is likewise scoped rather than priced. So the honest answer on onboarding is that Zoho charges nothing automatically and publishes no figure for what it charges when you ask.
The data-centre clause that is not about money but costs it
One Zoho detail has nothing to do with the price list and everything to do with the bill: Zoho's accounts are bound to a data centre, and its affiliate terms require a referral to sign up in the same data centre as the referrer. The practical version for a buyer is that a Zoho account's region is chosen at signup and is not casually changed, so a business with EU data-residency requirements should be certain of the region before it starts, not after the migration.
Where Zoho CRM sits against the others
Standard's $14 a seat is level with Pipedrive Lite and above monday CRM Basic at $12 and Freshsales Growth at $9. The interesting number is the top: Zoho CRM Ultimate at $52 a seat a month is cheaper than Pipedrive Ultimate at $69, cheaper than HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at $90, and less than a tenth of Salesforce Max at $550. The whole ladder is compressed, which is either the point or the problem depending on how much customisation you need.
For the same treatment applied to every vendor at once, the CRM price list with seat minimums and fees puts Zoho's ladder beside the rest.

Five seats, priced out over a year
At five seats and twelve months, Zoho CRM Standard is $840 a year, Professional $1,380, Enterprise $2,400 and Ultimate $3,120 on annual billing. Paying monthly, the same five seats are $1,200, $2,100, $3,000 and $3,900.
Professional at $1,380 a year for five people is the figure worth carrying into any comparison: it is less than five seats of Pipedrive Growth at $1,440, well under monday CRM Pro at $1,680, and roughly a quarter of HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at $5,400 before that product's required $1,500 onboarding fee. Zoho's pricing pressure is downward at every tier, and the trade is complexity rather than capability.
Which edition the features force
- Workflow rules, cadences, forecasting and dashboards are Standard, so Free stops working the moment anything needs to happen automatically.
- CPQ, process automation, inventory and the Google Ads integration are Professional. Quoting is the usual trigger.
- Territory management, custom functions, journey orchestration and customer portals are Enterprise. These are structural requirements — how the company is organised — rather than feature requests.
- Ultimate buys higher limits, consulting and migration assistance rather than a different product, which makes it the tier to question hardest.
Where the free edition stops
Zoho's Free edition covers 3 users against HubSpot's 2, and Salesforce publishes no user count for its Free Suite at all. It is a complete small pipeline: leads, deals, workflows, reports and the mobile app.
Two things end it. The first is the third hire: a fourth person means a paid edition for everyone, so the step from free to Standard for a four-person team is $0 to $672 a year, not $0 to $168. The second is automation depth — workflow and assignment rules, cadences and forecasting all live on Standard, so any process that has to run without someone clicking it is a paid feature.
Neither is a criticism of the free tier. It is an argument for pricing the team you expect to have in a year rather than the one you have this week, because Zoho's annual billing locks the seat count you commit to.
Reading the page yourself
Zoho's pricing page detects your region and can show prices in local currency, so a figure copied without checking the currency is a figure copied wrong — the same page served rupees before it served dollars here. The Annually and Monthly toggle sits above the tier cards, and the page defaults to annual. All figures above are US dollars, read on 24 September 2026.
