Pipedrive Pricing: Four Tiers, Two Billing Terms, Five Add-ons

What Pipedrive costs

Pipedrive costs $14, $24, $49 or $69 per seat per month on annual billing, and $19, $34, $64 or $89 paying month to month. There is no free plan — a 14-day trial stands in for one — and no seat minimum is published, so one person can buy one seat.

The four tiers, both ways round

Pipedrive — per seat, per month

Built from the same prices this page prints in its own words. Upper bar: paid annually. Lower bar: paid month to month. Bars share one scale within this chart.

  • Lite

One payment of $168 per seat per year

    annual$14
    monthly$19
  • Growth

One payment of $288 per seat per year

    annual$24
    monthly$34
  • Premium

One payment of $588 per seat per year

    annual$49
    monthly$64
  • Ultimate

One payment of $828 per seat per year

    annual$69
    monthly$89

billed annually billed monthly

Lite is the pipeline, contacts, calendar and imports. Growth adds full email sync with open and click tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscriptions and forecast reports, and a meeting scheduler. Premium is where lead routing, custom scoring, company data enrichment, contracts and e-signatures, and group-level permissions arrive. Ultimate adds account-security rules, phone and email enrichment, a sandbox account and extended phone support.

Pipedrive prints its annual prices twice, which is unusually clear: $14 a seat a month is also shown as "one payment of US$168 per seat/year", and the others as $288, $588 and $828 per seat per year. That is the number to budget, because annual billing here is a single payment, not twelve smaller ones.

The annual discount, measured

Pipedrive's toggle claims "Save up to 26%". Its own figures say the range is wider at one end and narrower at the other: Lite falls 26% from $19 to $14, Growth 29% from $34 to $24, Premium 23% from $64 to $49, and Ultimate 22% from $89 to $69. So the biggest saving is on Growth, not on the cheapest tier, and "up to 26%" understates it.

In money, on a five-person team: Lite is $70 a month annually against $95 monthly, and Premium is $245 against $320. Over a year that is a $300 difference on Lite and $900 on Premium — worth a deliberate decision rather than whichever toggle the page loaded with.

Add-ons are the part that breaks a per-seat estimate

Five add-ons sit outside the tier price, and the pricing page lists them as starting prices: LeadBooster from $32.50, Projects from $16, Campaigns from $13.33, Web Visitors from $41 and Smart Docs from $32.50 a month.

The unit matters more than the amount. LeadBooster's own feature page prices it "from $32.50 per month per company" — one charge for the whole account, however many seats use it. The pricing page does not state a unit for the other four, so do not assume they follow LeadBooster; ask, and get the answer in writing before you build it into a comparison.

Implementation: the fee Pipedrive says it does not charge

Pipedrive's pricing FAQ answers the implementation question directly: "If you choose Pipedrive, implementation is free when you sign up for a pricing plan that's over $400 a year." At the annual rates above, one seat of Growth ($288 a year) is under that line and one seat of Premium ($588) is over it, as is any two-seat Growth account.

That is a real difference from the rest of this market. On the full CRM price list, seat by seat, HubSpot is the only vendor that prints a compulsory onboarding fee, and Pipedrive is the only one that prints a promise not to charge one.

Where Pipedrive lands against its neighbours

At entry tier, Pipedrive Lite's $14 a seat matches Zoho CRM Standard exactly and sits above monday CRM Basic at $12 and Freshsales Growth at $9. At mid tier the ordering changes: Pipedrive Premium at $49 is above Zoho CRM Professional at $23 and monday CRM Pro at $28, and well below HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at $90.

Whether that middle is expensive depends entirely on the add-ons you would otherwise buy. Premium bundles lead routing, e-signatures and enrichment that are separately priced elsewhere; Lite plus three add-ons can easily cost more than Premium with none.

Five seats, priced out over a year

Multiply the annual rates by five seats and twelve months and the tiers separate sharply: Lite is $840 a year, Growth $1,440, Premium $2,940 and Ultimate $4,140. The same five seats billed monthly come to $1,140, $2,040, $3,840 and $5,340.

Set that against the neighbours at the same headcount and the middle of Pipedrive's range is where the decision sits. Five seats of Zoho CRM Professional is $1,380 a year and five of monday CRM Pro is $1,680, one either side of Pipedrive Growth's $1,440 — while five seats of HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is $5,400 before its required $1,500 onboarding fee.

Which tier the features actually force

Most teams do not choose a Pipedrive tier, they are pushed into one by a single feature, and it is worth knowing which line does the pushing.

  • Bulk email and open tracking, automations and sequences are Growth. If you send anything at volume from the CRM, Lite is not the tier.
  • Lead routing, custom scoring, e-signatures and group-level permissions are Premium. Permissions in particular tend to arrive with the fifth or sixth hire rather than with a feature request.
  • Security rules, IP and time-based access restrictions, a sandbox and data enrichment are Ultimate. These are procurement requirements more often than sales ones.

The cost of misjudging that is the annual commitment: Pipedrive bills a year in one payment, so an upgrade made in month two is a decision you live with for ten more.

The trial tells you about the product, not the price

Pipedrive's 14-day trial gives full access with no credit card, and the FAQ confirms you can invite as many people as you want to join it. That is generous, and it hides the two questions that actually decide the bill.

The first is the tier: a trial runs on the top feature set, so nothing in it tells you whether you need Premium or could live on Growth. Write down which features you used and check them against the tier lists above before the trial ends.

The second is the seat count. A trial with eight people in it costs nothing; eight Premium seats cost $4,704 a year. Decide who actually needs a login — Pipedrive charges per seat with no read-only tier published — and price that number, not the number of people who wandered into the trial.

Reading the page yourself

Pipedrive's pricing page loads on annual billing with a "Billed monthly / Billed annually" toggle above the cards, and the monthly prices only appear once you switch. Prices are quoted excluding VAT, which the page says is billed to EU customers at their member state's rate unless a valid VAT number is supplied. All figures here were read on 24 September 2026.

Pipedrive pricing questions

How much is Pipedrive per user per month?
$14 on Lite, $24 on Growth, $49 on Premium and $69 on Ultimate when billed annually, or $19, $34, $64 and $89 paying monthly. Pipedrive also prints the annual figures as single yearly payments of $168, $288, $588 and $828 per seat. Read on pipedrive.com on 24 September 2026.
Does Pipedrive have a free plan?
No. Pipedrive offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and says you can invite as many people as you like to join the trial, but there is no permanently free tier. Lite at $14 a seat a month on annual billing is the cheapest way to keep using it.
Is there a minimum number of Pipedrive seats?
None is published. The pricing page quotes everything per seat without stating a floor, so a single user can buy a single seat — which is not true of monday CRM, whose plans start from 3 users.
Does Pipedrive charge for implementation?
Its pricing FAQ says implementation is free when you sign up for a plan over $400 a year. Below that line nothing is published either way. No other fee appears on the pricing page; the five add-ons are separate subscriptions rather than one-off charges.
